From mid-2008 to the end of 2009 Lucas was working on KDE’s window manager and compositor, KWin, as a developer. Although he originally joined to just polish the desktop effects he somehow ended up doing quite a bit of core work as well. Below you can find a log of Lucas’s activities in KWin and KDE in general as well as other useful information that he came across during his development.
